Our work yields actionable information to guide decisions in wide-ranging policy areas, from health, education, early childhood, and family support to nutrition, employment, disability, and international development.
We are currently looking for part-time bilingual Research Interviewers to work remotely for our Survey Operations Center in support of important national research projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research interviews with study participants by telephone
- Utilize a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system for all outreach
- Follow standardized procedures and scripts verbatim to ensure study consistency
- Enter survey responses into a database
- Assist with other survey-related tasks as required
Position Requirements:
- 1-3 years of prior customer service, call center, research, or interviewing experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with all people
- Bilingual: English/Spanish required
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability and high-quality productivity
- Ability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week; weekend and evening shifts
We offer an hourly pay rate of $19.00 with a potential for benefits and paid time off. Training will be held during a 5 day period in January, onsite in Princeton, NJ.
This position is categorized as on-call, and as such, the hours may at times vary based on project needs. Your employment will be classified as on-call until the duration of the project(s) or need(s) is complete.
