We currently have an opening for a dynamic and self-starting human resources intern in our Washington D.C. office. As an HR intern, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Recruitment-related tasks (schedule candidate interviews, coordinate phone screens, disposition candidates in applicant tracking system, manage recruitment folders, assist recruiters with job postings, etc.)
Assist with exit interview process
Maintain electronic employee files
General HR-related tasks
Provide support on ad hoc projects
Undergraduate or graduate student from an accredited university, with an interest in Human Resources
Prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to work independently and adhere to deadlines
Office experience is a plus, but not a requirement
Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours a week
