We are currently seeking a part-time weekend supervisor in our Survey Operations Center (SOC). Duties of the position include:
- Monitors the telephone interviewers to answer their questions and ensure policies and procedures are being followed and interviewers are being productive
- Handles “manager on duty” responsibilities during evening and weekend shifts including opening or closing the SOC
- Answers phones and conducts interviews with respondents as needed when other staff are not available to receive the call
- Provides ongoing training and coaching
- Assists with assigning interviewers to projects during shifts
- Assists with project management by reviewing project production and quality reports and dashboards, reporting findings back to the supervisors, and assisting with the completion of project performance forms
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Accuracy with work, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Six months of experience working in a survey call center. A combination of equivalent education and work experience may be substituted for the above requirements
- Must be available to work 16+ hours a week. Schedule must include the following shifts: Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in handling multiple desktop applications
- Bilingual Spanish required
We offer an hourly pay rate of $20.00 with a potential for benefits and paid time off.
This position is categorized as on-call, and as such, the hours may at times vary based on project needs. Your employment will be classified as on-call until the duration of the project(s) or need(s) is complete.
